House Rules
We plead you to consider this apartment as your own in the time you choose and pay for it. Feel and act like at home!
There are no specific rules. In every apartment and in the front hall of the first floor apartments the House Rules are presented to you.
These rules are not to to be strictly followed, but creating expectations will help both you and your fellow neighbors have a better experience
You must be aware that we do not live in the house in Njivice, so if there is any of disobeyance of the house rules you will need to warn you neighbors and if they ignore you - you can freely call the authorities. In other two houses the owner live in one of the apartments.
Below are rule categories and things to consider for each as much as we can think of. If there is something missing, please point it out and we will add it to our House Rules.

Extra guests
Are visitors or extra guests allowed? How many? What are the procedures for approval, if any?
We allow as many guests as there are beds. We provide one extra bed and one baby bed. The price is for renting the unit, there is no extra charge for your guests. But we do need to sign them up in the tourist office. So, we will need their documents for the check in.

Smoking
Smoking is allowed, but we prefer smoking outside. Every apartment has a balcony or a yard, so that should not be a problem.
Where can not guests go? Any possible penalties?
Guest have access only to their apartment. They can not go to other guests yards, terraces or balconies. Please, respect other poeple's privacy. For the first time - you will be warned. If you persist with this - we will consider asking you to leave - without refund of your payment.
Eating areas
Every apartment has a dining area, but you can eat on your balconies or terraces.
Cleaning procedures
This is common culture, please, leave the apartment as clean as possible. Throw the garbage out and wash the dishes. We do not take deposit and the final cleaning is included in the price.
Where does trash go?
In our street exist Door-to-door system. We have green and brown dumpsters in every apartment. You put these Garbage cans at the street by the schedule at the refrigerator. The yellow container is at our private parking. The other are put on the public parking by our House. Garbage should be selected for recycling
Which waste in which bin / dumpster?
Paper, cardboard, multi-layered cardboard packaging (blue dumpster)
What should be put into the blue dumpster?
PAPERS, MAGAZINES, LEAFLETS, CATALOGUES, PAPER BAGS, OFFICE PAPER, ENVELOPES, NOTEBOOKS, PAPER BACK BOOKS, CARDBOARD, CARDBOARD PACKAGING, EGG CARTONS
If the cardboard packaging is too big for the blue dumpster, it should be brought to the recycling point.
What should be put into the blue dumpster?
PAPERS, MAGAZINES, LEAFLETS, CATALOGUES, PAPER BAGS, OFFICE PAPER, ENVELOPES, NOTEBOOKS, PAPER BACK BOOKS, CARDBOARD, CARDBOARD PACKAGING, EGG CARTONS
If the cardboard packaging is too big for the blue dumpster, it should be brought to the recycling point.
RESIDUAL WASTE (green dumpster)
All the waste disposed into the green dumpster should be previously put into the plastic bag!
Only non-recyclable waste is allowed to be disposed into the green dumpster.
After all the recyclable waste has been separated, this is what can be disposed into the green dumpster:
WIPES, ABSORBENT COTTON, GREASY RAGS AND PAPERS, SPONGES, RUBBER, LITTLE RAZORS, CIGARETTES ENDS, SANITARY TOWELS, VACUUM CLEANER BAGS.
All the waste disposed into the green dumpster should be previously put into the plastic bag!
Only non-recyclable waste is allowed to be disposed into the green dumpster.

Kitchen waste disposed into the brown dumpster, for the hygienic reasons, must be previously put into the plastic bag.

FRUIT, VEGETABLES, TEA BAGS, EGG SHELLS, COFFEE GROUNDS, COOKED MEAT, FISH, CHEESE, NAPKINS, TOOTHPICKS, WOODEN STICKS, SPOILED FOOD, POTATOES PEEL, NUT SHELLS ETC.
What SHOULD NOT BE PUT into the brown dumpster:
PLASTIC PACKAGING, NEWSPAPERS, GLASS, DIAPERS AND FAECES, WIPES, CIGARETTES ENDS, VACUUM CLEANER BAGS ETC.

ALL KINDS OF PLASTIC, PLASTIC PACKAGING AND BOTTLES, PLASTIC TUBES, PLASTIC BAGS AND PLASTIC WRAPS, SHAMPOOS, DETERGENTS, PLASTIC GLASSES, METAL TOPS AND STOPPERS, TINS, ALUMINIUM FOIL.
PLASTIC DECK-CHAIRS, TABLES, CHAIRS and similar plastic objects too big for the yellow dumpster, should be brought to the recycling point.

GLASS PACKAGING, GLASS BOTTLES AND JARS
Note:
MIRRORS, WINDOWS AND CAR GLASS, HANGING LAMPS AND BULBS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE DISPOSED INTO THE GREY DUMPSTER. THEY SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO THE RECYCLING POINT.
What should be put into the grey dumpster?
GLASS PACKAGING, GLASS BOTTLES AND JARS
Note:
MIRRORS, WINDOWS AND CAR GLASS, HANGING LAMPS AND BULBS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE DISPOSED INTO THE GREY DUMPSTER. THEY SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO THE RECYCLING POINT.
Laundry
Every apartment has a washing machine. You will be provided with clean sheets and 3 towels per person. After one week of your stay you will get new clean sheets and towels which you will need to change by yourself. The old sheets and towels you should leave outside of your door and we will take it shortly.
Gatherings or Parties
You will need the approval of your fellow neighbors. The party must be over before 10 p.m. It should not be too loud. As well as at you home, someone can call the police and they will be forced to stop the party.
Pets/Animals
Pets are welcome at no charge.
Take care of the property!
Please, close the windows and close the blinds when it's windy. Take the cushions and tablecloths from terraces and balconies when it rains...
